Why do so many Android apps allow for and promise to be to be installed to "external storage", the extra sd card, yet then become completely useless as afterwards you cannot log (Pocket), keep getting hammered with notifications (Onedrive) or need to re-authenticate every time you start the app (Deezer)?!
Having problems - again - getting to see my files on #Onedrive. The UI is not entirely loading and I cannot access my files. It's typical for "enterprise-level" applications however that it seems that all tracking and analytical tools and other metric related features seems to work fine, while the actual user-experience is severely lacking. This is a paying service. I send Microsoft money to use their services. No excuses.
Seriously, can anyone actually make sensible use of the OneDrive picture Web interface? I have been trying to download a picture from 2016 for about ten minutes now. It keeps reloading and actually crashing... WTH
It's almost unbelievable how unstable Microsoft's Onedrive on the Web client really is. Instead of adding "clever" features, perhaps do something about making the current ones actually work everywhere first.
Working with Onedrive on Linux is like mixing milk with fruit tea, it just doesn't blend well.
@Cambridgeport90 Since my hardware is apparently too old for Windows 11, according to Microsoft, my next OS will most probable won't be Windows. Haven't decided yet which distribution to get. Biggest challenge will be to also get away from OneDrive and Office... Therefore I am testing NextCloud and OpenOffice.

@kefimochi My backup plan: 2-Bay NAS in Raid-1, backed up on OneDrive and Backblaze, plus extra external USB-drive sync, and M-Disc for most precious data archival. Not storing anything longer than a day on my phone.
Did you try uploading pictures taking on your iphone to Onedrive lately, not through the automatic saving? It's a freaking disaster.
Storing your files in OneDrive or Dropbox is a trap. Don't fall into it.
Migrating my data #backup plan away from Google and Onedrive in favor of my own drives at home, synced across devices with Syncthing, including a cloud backup on Backblaze. It's a bit of work to set up, but feels good to have it under my own control.
Tired of being dependent on OneDrive for cloud storage. Really feel the need to take control over my own data.
Really impressed by Syncthing for sharing files between computers and Android phones. Lots of configuration options however. Still figuring out the best way to use it. It's only Day 1. Planning to have a look at this as an alternative to Onedrive and the likes. Of course it _only_ does file syncing and nothing more. But it seems to be doing it really well and completely free.
