At the moment the Mastodon instance at indieweb.social is struggling to keep up with the network surge. I still have my own site here however where I am writing this post on. Chugging along the #Indieweb stream - Don't forget that using your own site for posting to Mastodon and the Fediverse is totally fine and actually promoted. It's called #POSSE

One of the reasons why I keep my IRC connection going is the amazing #Indieweb IRC channels. Thanks to some awesome bot programming (Loqi) you can follow up pretty neatly what is happening in a unobtrusive, ad-free manner.

First week without Twitter went well - getting by just fine keeping up-to-date on the topics I am most interested in by means of IRC, RSS, ActivityPub, Webmentions, the Fediverse and the Indieweb.

Just a reminder that all of the #indieweb tools are made by enthusiasts in their spare time and are open source, so if you see something off, then please report. Helps a million.

Reminds me I need to send some moneys to Tim for keeping my Mastodon instance up over at https://indieweb.social.

I'm contemplating never to log in again to the bird site, even from before this rich-man-wants-to-control-the-digital-world drama - Logged out two weeks ago and thanks to Indieweb's POSSE I haven't had to actually interact manually with it anymore, all while still being "present" there.

Even after two years on the IndieWeb, I still get the process to reply to a reply _wrong_ sometimes.

Had that dream again where teleportation is a thing within the indieweb community.

Augmented my Known site with the integration of #Indieweb #PESOS (Publish Elsewhere, Syndicate on Your Own Site) through #IFTTT #webhooks originating from @Feedly and @Pocket.

Seems like "going Indieweb" has given my online presence a huge boost by checking out the search results looking up myself;

You know what I really ❤️ about the #Indieweb is how all documentation and communication between the enthusiasts is so well organised and perfectly made available for future reference and it all is linked up really well together.
