Another realization in my TrackPoint adventure: the space bar has returned as a trusty companion to scroll through long web pages. Tip: scrolling down a page with the scroll bar still works anywhere in every browser. Scroll up using the shift+spacebar combination.
Using the space bar move often is only the first realization. A keyboard with a TrackPoint also invites you to use the many keyboard-shortcuts available in applications. Something we would easily forgot when spoiled with smooth glass perfect multi-touch track pads. Simplification requires resourcefulness.
