Had my first #vegan Beyond Meat patty burger at the Düsseldorf gourmet festival. It was actually pretty tasty. The burger was 50% more expensive as "classic beef". While eating It, the vegetable patty gave me some sensation of eating an actual juicy beef burger., but it couldn't totally convince me. The Beyond Meat patty burger misses the taste of pure animal fat. No combination of vegetables can - today at least - completely replace that probably. It was an interesting experience nevertheless.
